So what are these guys doing now..... Revere Communications Inc. Corporate Developments CALGARY, May 18 /CNW/ - Revere Communications announces that it has suspended its core business initiatives in the prepaid calling card industry. Changes within the industry due to increased competition and low profit margins resulted in this suspension. The Company has also cancelled its exclusive distribution agreement with Pagecom Canada due to poor market acceptance for the product. Finally, the Company has recently transferred the management contracts of its two key technical personnel to the purchaser of the Company's IVR Platform Service Agreement and intends to access their services in the future only on a contract basis. Revere Communications will continue to operate as a service bureau in the pay per call industry and is currently reviewing other business opportunities within the telecommunications industry.
