Thanks. Didn't really want to have it call away, so took the middle road and sold it for time premium over price premium (I think). Sold july 90 calls for 4 3/8. If it gets called away, then I've got about 12% locked in over 5 months period (in addition to prior gains--long term capital gain). If the stock and market tanks, I'll buy back the options and sell it again. The high for JNJ has been around 89 and change, so I don't really expect it to reach 90. Anyway, that's my thinking. Probably a dumb novice thing to do, but I'm open to comments and critiques. It was a small trade, so it's a nice way to learn. I make a little money in a stock that I like. I'm sure I could optimize it for a higher return, so I'm open to suggestions. Thanks for your thoughts.
