<< Now, its all upto the MRVC management. If they want to see the price at the 15 levels after earnings, they may assist by an early, earnings-unrelated, positive news release (so as to take it first to 11-12 level) and then eventual upgrades carrying the torch to 15 level.>>

You are assuming that MRVC management is:
a) watching the stock price
b) wanting it to start rising now

Those are attributes you and I share, but not necessarily MRVC management.

Remember these guys have the quaint attitude that:

a) They want to keep a low profile
b) if they concentrate on running the company, the stock price will take care of itself.

They will NEED a higher price down the road to make it easier to make acquisitions, and they would LIKE a higher price to ward off takeovers, but they may not be ready yet to get serious about moving the stock higher.

Sonny, I agree with Sector, but wonder about the new board member...

The old MRVC style would be to do nothing at all, and that's what I expect. There may be some management of the stock's price. Then again, the insiders may decide to buy some shares in earnest, then I will say "wooHoo!" These guys keep a low profile, but have shown they know where the prices are going. JMO.

So, let me second the opinion that the company is managed, not our "shareholder value." In the long run, we may make out ok. Maybe. Or get nailed again.
