One option for you would be to sell your UTI (I assume you still got some and are sitting on a losing position at the moment) and purchase FLC with the capital. You can declare the loss and move the money into another company in the sector. This works better if you have capital gains (or expect to incur cap gains this year) to offset with the loss.

Disclaimer, I own stock in both companies and expect them to be dead stocks for a few months.
