I don't recall where I read it either , but I believe the openGL v3 drivers are completed or will be completed by the time V3 ships. If/when I find the link... will post.

3dfx deserves a break on this one. Microsoft is busting their balls on the licensing...so much for open standards. The ICD has been done for some time now. It isn't a resource issue. (I just hope they closed the deal with MS for Voodoo3.)
