Mary,

That letter has been making the circuit for the last 3-4 weeeks.
I just received mine today as well. Do you think I should take them up on their offer? LOL. Good luck to them if they are in fact trying...

Here's a little blurb about TV onthe WEB

mercurycenter.com
("Tomorrow's News Today", man I'm missed a golden opportunity.)

I was surprised PSInet had no pr on their new channel, that I could see. Just as well I guess due to the re-scheduling. I'm go'in to go check it out.

Cheers,
digger

This is a well known, shady business practice, that takes advantage of poorly informed investors. The way the racket works is that the individuals making the offer always target less than 5% of a companies stock so that they don't have to register with the SEC. They send offers out at well below market price and take the shares of anyone dumb enough to sell for less than market price. They then quickly sell the shares at market price for a tidy risk-free profit. They always make it sound as if you must tender your shares quickly or the offer will expire and your holdings will be worth less. Don't fall for this legal but ethically appalling scam. They never have any intention of taking over the targeted company.
