Rande,
I have been following GRTS for a long while. They are the company that had a failed bid for TSA a few months back. After that, the shoe and sporting goods business took a big drop. Their price was around 18 at the time of the TSA deal. They run a tight ship, and are a good value play...As a note, the entire shoe industry is rebounding well, including TBL, NKE, and KSWS. SRR and KCP seem to be rising also, although I don't like them very much.
