Dear Capt Jack: Once TAVA establishes its validity past y2k any Institution who buys in now will see a very rapid increase in price in my judgement. However, first they must believe in the future. That is a job to done with face to face encounters. Press Releases and the like isnt going to do it. HOWEVER, a NATIONAL PUBLIC RELATIONS FIRM WHO HAS THE CONTACTS--can do it once THEY are satisfied themselves. I believe that due diligence is very likely going on right now. JDN
