U.S. agrees on need to fight speculators-Schroeder

WASHINGTON, Feb 11 (Reuters) - German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder said on Thursday the United States and Germany
agreed on the need to overhaul the global financial system in a way that would help prevent ''rogue speculation'' in world markets.

Speaking to reporters after a meeting with President Bill Clinton at the White House, Schroeder said: ''We both said how
important we find it to develop a global financial architecture which will help us to fight rogue speculation around the world.''

I think NDX will win, too ... I've just had no luck with the indices ... made some good bucks on the OEX options once and promptly lost it all back ... sold some puts a day early a while back .. just figure I'm cursed with those ...
