Oh, I was almost sure you were Hassan. BTW most of the real targets for PNU are up several bucks apiece, per share. Coincidence? I don't think so!

What happened to stealth? This guy has a big mouth. I would fire him, but first they would have to hire me, as
his boss. His comments are going to help increase the prices of some of the stocks he will be trying to buy. His
competition is also paying attention. Bad enough that it must be difficult to keep plans under wraps... Just an
example of such gross stupidity. Expect Hassan to start posting here soon. Disregard the fact that he earns and
is worth millions more than I do. He is an idiot. So at least we have something in common.<g>

''This will be a change because up until now P&U was trying to get its own act together. Now that we have a
top
management team in place we are able to absorb acquisitions,'' Hassan said, adding it would do so armed with
''a strong
balance sheet.''

''We will be a very active company in the deal flow. We are going to be very flexible and very fast on our feet
when
opportunities arise. We will be going into the next phase of our company's growth,'' Hassan said.

Hassan, in a telephone interview, said he planned to begin the acquisition efforts ''this year or next year,''
although he
cautioned it was impossible to guarantee any timeframe for clinching such deals.

He said P&U could afford to go after companies ''worth several billions of dollars'' and was most interested in
biotech
concerns located in the United States, although it might also target companies located in Europe and Asia.
