Silverstein, I agree. I am simply an advocate of FGI management increasing shareholder value through share buybacks, and also using the stock, with the new higher value, to purchase those high quality companies or technologies. A pe of 8 (backward looking) is not indicative of the revenue nor earnings growth of this company. It could also be argued, by a potential acquisition candidate, that they should get and even greater CASH premium for their shares because their company will receive the low valuations that FGI management deems so acceptable in the market.
