DS, how did you determine their net positions? Janice, Its my understanding that AZNT has already cancelled the stock. When/IF the court removes it from the system & the freeze is lifted ,thats when you will see a short squeeze. What on the dtc report states differently.??? There is no short as long as dtc doesn't lift the freeze. If you look at JBOX, and they cancel 4 million shares, wouldn't that leave them 1,265,843 Short??? JBOX + canacord + Can Dep... subtract this total from the 4.5mm frozen @ dtc....subtract out the other longs (550K) - That will equal the short, 1.2 million (Exactly what the DTC want AZNT to say is free trading) Thats what the issue is, no???
