I agree with what you are saying, Edward. What I am wondering is if a lot of people waiting with money on the side lines got feeked-out the way the market declined and now that things are looking good again [if only for a day], they will buy shares, but only shares of those companies seen as 'quality.' By quality I mean the likes of CSCO, EMC, MSFT, SUNW--you know more names in this group--rather than stocks like NAVR, which are seen by many as gambles. EMC is up 6 11/16 and CSCO, up 5 3/8 [didn't check the rest].

I really don't know, but I sure wish our NAVR would make a nice jump, back to the 20 area, again soon.
