What problems might those be?

The only problem I'm aware of is there is not much RDRAM test capacity in place, but the Intel investments in Micron and Samsung were geared toward ameliorating that.

Let me take a wild stab at this. The problems that are already causing Intel to back off their DRDRAM clock speeds.
