Jopawa: IMCL had more vol in last 1/2hr than whole day. CBS Marketwatch had a news bulletin that mentioned ImClone's announcement at the Cruttenden Conference today as well. cbs.marketwatch.com With the stock finishing at only $10 1/16 (unchanged). It pulled up on the news, so it appears that the few that saw the announcement responded and were maybe taken by surprise since it's trend was down for most of the day. Phase III for a lead anti-cancer drug is serious business. It means that significant progress is being made and the manufacturing plant being built with funds from Merck implies a strong degree of confidence in their overall success. Although most people on this thread appear to be actively day trading, this company's prospects look very bright as a long term investment. Good luck to all. Yes, gapper tomorrow.
