If I read your question correctly, the chart would look like this?

29 X O X X
28 X O X O X
27 X O X O X
26 X O O
25 X

If so, the move to 30 from the last column of X's is a double top
break. A further move to 31 would be a spread double top break.
Neither a triple top break.
