Yes, the 10K was a nice cleansing process. They should do it every year. Ha.

Bid/ask is strengthening. Finally got the anchor unhooked.

Kelly, check out MOKA (Coffee People). They are being bought out by DDRX (Deidrich Coffee). Letter of intent already signed, Definitive Agreement (following due diligence period) is due by March 5. Buyout value is a minimum of $35 million (see recently filed 8K for Deidrich), could go higher if DDRX trades higher than $6. Makes the buyout worth a minimum of $3.25 to MOKA shareholders. MOKA is currently trading at $2 1/8 x $2 1/4, I've bought some at $1 31/32 and again at $2 1/8. Try putting in between the bid and ask, it's worked for me. With DDRX currently at $6 9/16, the deal is currently worth $3.34. Looking at a pretty easy 50% return once everyone else figures out the math. By the way, MOKA has a book value over $4 and is profitable, so even if the deal didn't go through you're still left with a pretty good stock.
