iSleuth Reports Significant Jump in Site Traffic and User Count User Base Increases 81% to About 725,000; Page Views up 72% to 1.82 Million in January FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- iSleuth.com (OTC Bulletin Board: SLEU - news) today announced that based on an analysis of its web site traffic data, the monthly unique user base for the iSleuth.com web site, isleuth.com , has grown to about 725,000 users, representing an increase of 81% over its user base as of the end of December 1998 of approximately 400,000 users. Further, the Company reported that total page views during January 1999 increased to approximately 1.82 million, up 72% from approximately 1.05 million page views during December 1998. Commenting on the site's growth, John J. Bennett, Chairman, President and CEO of iSleuth.com, said, ''The data clearly shows that we have made some very important strides forward in our efforts to build site traffic. More importantly, the growth experienced so far does not yet reflect any significant benefit from the key traffic building programs that we recently announced, as their implementation occurred either very late in January or they are still in development. In particular, our free e-mail service did not go online until the last week of January. Also, iSleuth's replacement of Metacrawler as the official search engine of the heavily used Wowmail web site did not occur until very late in the month. We see these programs, as well as our innovative traffic building/advertising program with TeknoSurf Teknologies, adding significantly to our site's traffic growth over the next several months. As a result, we continue to move even closer to reaching our preliminary goal of 2 million monthly site users.''
