Modem Media.Poppe Tyson, HealthTech Digital Win IAB Awards In recognition for creativity in the use of online advertising, the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) named Modem Media. Poppe Tyson "Agency of the Year" and awarded HealthTech Digital Communications "Interactive Agency To Watch" at an IAB membership luncheon in New York on Wednesday, October 28. Earlier this year, the IAB recognized Intel as its "Marketer of the Year." Criteria for the "Agency of the Year" award included: global capabilities, client roster and client acquisition, approach to online media, utilization of rich media, research initiatives, and involvement in and support of the industry. The "Interactive Agency to Watch" was evaluated on the company's client roster and recent growth, unique online strategic initiatives, and involvement and support of the industry. Agencies considered for the award were one to two years old.
