The use of the word "believe" was to let you know that the statement was pure conjecture. There was however, a basis for my belief. Robert Putnum, Vice president of EDIG, told me that they were expecting to turn a profit in the quarter ending in June. I believed his statement. Your opinions are appreciated. Thanks again. Kerry
