I agree, Edward, the sooner they make the announcement the better. A few days ago we were bantering about the best time to make the announcement, either before the market opens or after it closes. Given the way the market has been behaving lately, I am now of the opinion (and hope) that NAVR makes the announcement when the market is open, making the decision as to the actual day at the very last minute, based on how the market is doing. If doing well like today--make it. If down like some of the days lately--delay it. Lynn
