Bilberry; I think the key words are: ..."we are close to demonstrating an alternative source for X-ray lithography.." .."X-ray power scale up of our PXS program that is currently underway, should enable us to meet several commercially significant demonstration milestones before the end of calendar 1999." This does not seem to be the same old story... No this is great news.. Sure.. same old ..we are near... demonstration milestones...commercially significant... Give me a break. Just attempting to provide an even view for all. Rich
