Brad,

I have closely observed the trading pattern over the past week and my most probable suspicion is that we are looking at Mr. Soros at work here manipulating FLC's price.

Everybody thinks that because he buys a stock it means that it is a good thing but this is not necessarily the case. Don't think it impossible that he is manipulating FLC to keep the price very low to force some type of merger or buyout. You might look at what other oil drillers his fund has a big interest in and if they are looking for companies to take over then this may just answer the question.

And where are those ass holes from Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette with their big bucks when we need them? They called FLC their number one pick in the oil service sector in 1999 back when the stock was trading in the $9.00 to $10.00/share range.
