JP, on that edgar page, there's a link to "References" that explains what the various forms are. The 13G happens to be under "Beneficial Ownership" or something like that. It's for the Big Boys to file whenever they buy or sell stock of a company, if they're at the 5% level of ownership of the company in question.

In this case, if you find the link for "All Company Filings" and scroll down far enough through the 13G's, you can compare them and find how much they changed ownership.

Too bad we can't look them up by the owner instead of the company, and find out just how much of how many different tech stocks these guys are dumping. :-)

6500 contracts traded on the April 70 calls.

I can't tell whether they were at the bid or ask, but dats a lot o contracts.
