KHS - point well taken, except that I'd be happy to have Bear participate in any substantive discussion we have about Softlink's products and prospects. As for Sammy, well, he's within a couple of days of covering and moving on, IMO. Or he'd better be <g>. The only question in my mind is whether he gets burned trying to hang on for a few more downticks. I think the SEC must already have most, if not all, of the documentation they sought, after which the company should have the green light to put out its release. -Eric
