wily,

As I understand it, if you use the PNP box on ARCA, you cross the ARCA book directly just like ISLD. But, ARCA orders that are posted with a P in front of them, meaning they are preferencing MMs, cannot be crossed by anyone. Also, if you use the PNP feature, you can get cross/lock kills just like with ISLD. I prefer the ARCA function without PNP because it automatically hits all ECNs first. In a situation where you have a group of ECNs on the ask but no MMs, ARCA is the only way to scoop up a full lot of shares and in this situation it works great. ARCA is also the only way to chase an upticking stock if ISLD has already pulled back a few ticks as often happens.

I got my network card installed in my Dell today and the GTE ADSL installer comes tomorrow. Hoping for a breakthrough here!
