Hey Bill, what happened with this prediction? You said last August that ZONA was going to trade below $5. It was $18 at the time, is $29 1/4 now and it hit $35 last week.
Your accusations of fraud, etc. sound very similar to what you are saying about TAVA now. Could it be that you are wrong again?

The Zonagen fraud continues its price decline.

Just a quick reminder to all that:

1) Despite then nonstop hype and phony information posted by shills, hypesters, and illiterates (hi Myron)...I continue to be 100% correct about the Zonagen scam and its crooked managemnet.

2) Dauntless continues to avoid my questions about TXB...another Woodlands, Texas biotech fraud which was hyped by him and is closely associated with Zonagen. I correctly predicted the FDA rejection of Novastan and the stock's price collapse.

3) Zonagen will eventually and inevitably trade below 5 a share.

>>> If everything JJ and Kevin said at the CC was correct in my judgement this company is very much undervalued EVEN NOW<<<

JDN -- I agree. I don't think the short scenario I see has anything to do with TAVA the Company. If my short scenario is in fact correct, I believe they do it simple because they can. It has nothing at all to do with the company and its prospects. When and if the winds start to blow against them, they'll pack up and look for other stocks which fit their criteria.

As a long, it is frustrating to have them whack the top off of any fledging attempts to climb the price higher. But, as you say, if JJ and Kevin are correct, the shorts time here will eventually run out. Longs have to first ask themselves as to whether or not they accept the prospects for TAVA and then they have to ask if they are willing to ride it out.

Mangement needs to prove to the satisfaction of the institutions that the y2k windfall can be turned into long term, high margin rev's. When that finally occurs, the shorts will not be able to stem the upward price movement merely by shorting a few $100k worth of stock. And, the risk of trying to do so will go up faster than the price. I believe professional shorters know this very well and that they have no negative feelings towards the company or longs. The money is there for the taking and they take it. Nothing from stopping any of us from doing the same thing if we are so inclined....and
