I don't know where people are getting the idea that JNNE is going to buy out ANFS. THIS IS NOT WHAT THE PRESS RELEASE SAYS. ANFS is not being bought out. It is being lent money and reorganizing as a private Delaware Corp. The unknown party is the lendor. I doubt JNNE has 15M in cash with nothing better to do then to spend it on ANFS. It is not JNNE. Also stockholders do not get $.97. This is the conversion price of the notes. It is unclear as to what they get if they get anything tangible at all.

Why take over a piece of garbage company???
It will continue in some form and probably retain the Costco deal...
With the cash offer for Amerinet at least we now have some money we can go after instead of worthless shares.
