Dear Dave: Gosh, I wish you would drive over. If you do, start by looking at the parking lot and see if its full. When you go inside, take a BIG CLUB, you will probably need it to beat it out of them. haha. I have only had one correspondence with them, and I had to sort of read between the lines to see what they were saying. I think they went to the Alan Greenspan school of oratory!! But seriously, give it a try and tell us what you learn. If you do, keep your eyes open look at what you can SEE as much as listen. Finally, I had great success once in another company when I met a secretary quite innocently and she complained to me how busy they kept her typing contracts and the like. JDN
