No use having wads of cash when I'm sixty and too feeble to use it!
That's right Toy, why worry? Your government's retirement system will have wads of Canadian Dollars to give you! Of course, they will only be worth 25 cents, American, by then.

Toy, Don't start any age generalizations. Ed got in a lot of trouble for that. Just a warning for my anti-Microsoft countryman.

C'mon --just buy MSFT and see if it delivers.

Toy, I have a great tolerance for the contrarian view, but zero tolerance for prejudice, whether it be based on religion, race or age. You've said quite a few assinine things on this thread, but this takes the cake. If you made the comment in the heat of debate, you have a chance to qualify it now.

I want to enjoy my money while I'm young enough to enjoy it. No use having wads of cash when I'm sixty and too feeble to use it! Thats what my retirement investments are for.

Methinks you're a bigger fool than I imagined. You think you'll be feeble and not be able to use cash when you're sixty? Wake up, Toy. At sixty you will have another 20-30 years to enjoy the money.

How bout investing so that you can retire at 45-50 and REALLY enjoy the cash? If you start investing now, you may do that. If you wait til you're 40, its probably impossible.
