We do however agree Nam was a total sham and disgrace but then again the military is no bastion of truth and justice either, never was never will be

Thanks Nuke44. For your service to this nation and for an excellent post. I only served in the USAF for four years in the early '60s but, I have some good memories that have lasted a lifetime as a result. Judgeing from your post, the current state of morale in the military must be pathetic ...thanks to the SOBs in the white house. If I were a younger man, your idea about visiting Arkansas would be something for me to look forward to. When you get to go, please remember to spray a little for me and the rest of us old farts who'll probably beat Slick into oblivion. Don't forget to save some for Mz Slick, too. She certainly did HER part, too. She probably hates the military even more than Slick. Regards, jim
