Now that all the info is out, has anyone run numbers. I haven't read the entire filing yet but will later. The conversion number they used at least once is .39 per share, which leads me to believe that the investors wind up with stock at that price. Anyone else have numbers there? In any event, assuming 54 million shares, what's a fair capitalization? If they continue expanding at this rate and have revenues as predicted, what will be the revenue/share after total ramp up over the next 12 months?
