Basically I agree with you Freak. I'd bail, but my position is so small that I really don't care if it goes to zero. I'll just ride it on out. Seems like this company is in the "Downward Death Spiral" that was talked about in previous posts. I hope it does do well and it seems like they have a great idea, but I think this shows that management does not value it's shareholders. I'm sure management will come out smellin' like roses while the shareholders can lick their wounds. Or like you said maybe these guys are trying to get serious and go for the NASDAQ. I doubt it though because they put the clause in that the trade would still have to be worth ten mil. Showing us that they were concerned the price might tank but went ahead with the deal anyway. Not very happy about the situation, but this is just some of the fun with playing with these BB's. michael
