Chisy, cheer up, mate! If they say, '..presently has no products available ...no assurance that any products can be developed...with appropriate performance charactistics...', don't assume it's time to board up the factory and go home. We saw the products at the shareholder's meeting, they showed us spec sheets that, if correct, meet all the performance requirements, save one: the safety factor. But we knew that, the 8-K of January gave us gory detail about it, and this is not a show stopper. Making the final package safe for the end customers is the final hurdle here. The repackagers have lots of experience and know-how, and the engineering fixes (temperature sensors, charging control circuitry, whatever) necessary to ensure that no one ever overheats and blows up a Valence battery, are straightforward. Not show-stoppers. Take a look instead at my posts # 8155,8160,8167,8177, and 8183, and consider a larger picture of where they are right now, and what they can afford to tell us without getting sued later if there *does* happen to be an unknown. When Lev tells us directly that "There are, to my knowledge, no 'gotchas,' no 'show-stoppers,' is he hiding and deceiving? Or is it truthful? What does it mean to you that Bert Roberts bought another 20,000 shares the first week in January, AFTER the closing period covered by this document? Is he just throwing money away to perpetrate a scam? Or are there happenings behind the scenes that simply cannot be revealed yet? Every investor must weigh the risks and possibilities. If the 'market' knew the answers, the price would either be much higher OR much lower than it is right now. Instead, the 'market' is waiting along with the rest of us, to find out what kind of product this factory can turn out.
