To All,

I have been absent for the last several days because my priviledges were "suspended" by SI until yesterday. Wonder if you had anything to do with that Ian?

Anyhow, I have been following the thread and I am still amazed at you Ian. Spending so much time to educate all of us and providing such insight. I should have just scrapped university all together and hired you on as my tutor.

I never had any issues when people provide their own perspective that is within reason and logic. Ian, some of your posts are completely off the wall and absurd. If you honestly believe that this stock is a scam, continue to try and short it. After all, if you're right, you stand to make a pretty penny.

The stock had a terrific run up last week and the week prior to that. We all were hoping for that momentum to continue, but yes, reality did sink in. I too am much more comfortable to see the stock trading as it has for the past couple of days. In conjuction, any accumulation at or around the $1.10-1.15 range made a great deal of sense.

My outlook on this stock remains bullish and moving forward we will revisit the $3 range and higher. The company is putting a very strong business plan together and has aligned itself with the right people. Time will confirm this!

Moving forward, I refuse to get into a debate with Ian. Neither myself nor anyone on this thread has to justify or validate this stock. If everyone has done their own DD and can sleep at night- that is what matters. If an investor starts to lose sleep with respect to any particular investment they have made, then he/she needs to re-evaluate their position.

The internet and e-commerce is a fairly new revolution and phenomenon. Value-net is putting themselves in a position to take advantage of that. Grant it, there are also many other companies out there that are doing the same. It is up to each individual to decide for themselves which company they feel is and will be best positioned to take advantage of this new phenomenon.

I would like to thank most of you for your informative posts and your comments. I remain extremely confident that all of our DD will result in very favorable results for us the shareholders. It was a tough start to the week and moving forward in 1999 we will continue to see volatility. Always remember one very important thing- When panic sets in, the astute investor views it as a buying opportunity.

Cheers,
ZEUS
