I hate BB math. Exactly what the heck does the deal mean. 6 Dollar shares of a 1.50 stock sounds a little bizarre to me. If you do the math I do not understand the cash versus stock. Do they value those shares at 6 for purposes of the deal or is it current value less 39,500,000 at the end of 3 years. I am utterly confused even after talking to IR at IKAR today. He did not know the stock had run up over .50 for a while and he made the comment that this was a cooperative venture (hence the shares of EPAR). He did say they were negotiating on new property and that essentially this property was simply too large for one company to mine.
