I hate BB math. Exactly what the heck does the deal mean. 6 Dollar shares of a 1.50 stock sounds a little bizarre to me. If you do the math I do not understand the cash versus stock. Do they value those shares at 6 for purposes of the deal or is it current value less 39,500,000 at the end of 3 years. I am utterly confused even after talking to IR at IKAR today. He did not know the stock had run up over .50 for a while and he made the comment that this was a cooperative venture (hence the shares of EPAR). He did say they were negotiating on new property and that essentially this property was simply too large for one company to mine. Interesting! Thanks, David O'Berry
