CMGI was among the Internet-related highfliers that propelled the technology-heavy Nasdaq Index up more than 4 percent Thursday to 2405.55. Meanwhile, shares of Boston Scientific Corp did not move after the medical device maker announced plans to streamline its operations and cut 2,000 jobs. The Natick, Mass., company is at the center of a Justice Department inquiry into the recent launch and subsequent recall of a coronary stent delivery system. In general, after hours trade was quiet, an Instinet official said. Drug developer, EntreMed Inc. was unchanged in after the company's stock recouped losses from earlier in the week as a new report bolstered its anti-cancer drug program.
