Tom,

I'm a newbie here at SI and have been "lurking and learning."

Just read the bible for X-mas. You have a great book. PnF is where I want to be.

Thanks for your insight.

Am trying to figure out BP charts. Looking at the NYSE Bull Percent on the "Sectors Links" page, I read 46% Level, 0.08% Daily % Change, Stat Date 02/02/99. The chart states BPNYSE (02/09/99) 45.10, and shows two fresh Os at 48 and 46.

Questions: Does the 0.08% Daily % Change apply to today's close (2/11/99) or to the Stat Day (02/02/99) or to the chart day (02/09/99)? Does the Daily Change amount, 0.08%, add to the 46% or to the 45.1%? The BP charts are updated weekly, but the Daily % Changes are updated daily? Thanks to anyone offering an explanation.
