MICAP IF you remmeber On Lab I stated that if it were a true Bullseye and not drawn with Jiffy markers it would be a hit.It was a hit pump and dump for the insiders. Aber is safe no Question about it.Sure there is talk of a buyout but thats Rumours Again just like most there is no guarrenty that they will get there permits from the NWT.So its still a gamble either way. The Odds are with WSP and you will see that when it happens. PS No risk no gain.Life is never guarrented.Cheers.
