No, I think it means that ESVS settled for what they could get. BFL sold out on very cheap terms, accepting an IOU for most of the purchase price. They don't have a viable business model, and we still don't know anything about their financial results. You gets what you pays for. "It has been said" that BFL has more upside revenue potential than IBUY. By WHO? You, Bambi? What information do you have to make this judgement with? (And, excuse me, ZULU/ESVS didn't buy medibanx.com. They just have a letter of intent to do some kind of joint deal, which we've seen nothing more about.)
