Given Ken Starr's whitewash on Vince Foster, it is hard to give him much credibility.

<< Were you hoping to be taken serious referencing the rule of law, and pointing it at ken starr or anyone else. >>

The only violation of the rule of law was that the Republican House members violated the Constitution by impeaching President Clinton without witnesses, without a fair hearing, and without sufficient grounds.

How can you say that President Clinton was above the law? He was certainly brought into civil court, and he was subject to impeachment by the House and a trial by the Senate. What did you want, a lynching? Well you and your conservative Republican buddies tried!
