Re the spin off, insiders at CPU are significant shareholders as well. Thus, I would presume they will arrange the spin off in such a way that they participate as well.

lol. we do not know how the spin-off will take place as to whether shareholders will be given any shares or if cpu will just maintain a certain % and raise cash with the part spun-off. but how many net ipo's lately have asked shareholders to pay for the shares? you already own the stake.

insiders and institutions will not let the worse case scenerio you described occur, nor would it. sit back, relax and wait with all of us until the plans are disclosed.

We already own CPU Direct AND CPU stores as shareholders! The worse case might be we receive cash dividend for the CPU Direct share and have to pay 30+% tax!
