I hope not, or I've been a fool for the last two years. I wasn't trying to insinuate anything about their competencies.

My concern is how the street will view the acquisition of an unprofitable business unit, and how it will be reflected in the near-term stock price. I'm a little gun-shy after the BAY trip to 30.
