Gregg22,

I have to disagree about your black box theory. Are you saying that LWilson has some sort of inside "conection" with the FDA that is telling him that a Viagra black boxing is eminent??? I don't buy it.

Certainly waiting and letting time pass is not good for business. IMO Vivus could be producing and selling at least three times the current domestic product if they had a partner. On the other hand, waiting can be ultimately a better strategy if Wilson knows something we don't concerning the exact sticking points of their negotiations.

Gregg <<Again, if there is a 90% chance or greater of a black box label, then it is worth the wait.>>

Gregg: Since its market introduction in April 1998, thousands of articles have been written on Viagra....positive and negative.

With the exception of VVUSer Board posts, I challenge you to find one published article (either clinical, business, government or advocacy (including Public Citizen)) that forecasts or demands that Viagra will receive black box labeling in the near-future.....or even far-future.

No one needs to manipulate Vivus, the bottom line speaks for itself. Drop a graph of MUSE domestic script numbers for the last five quarters, over a graph of the stock price in the same time period, and you will see that they overlap nearly exactly.

Among those who are long, there appears to be a constitutional inability to come to grips with the fact that 75% of the people who used MUSE in 1997 walked away from the product upon the arrival of Viagra. Marketing, for this consumer base, was not the issue. They were already using the drug. And they just walked away.

You can study Level II charts until your eyes glaze over, you can hang on every little tick in volume, every little marketing partnership rumor on SI or Yahoo!, none of it will change this Iron Truth: people don't want to use MUSE if they can avoid it, and, Viagra works much better than VVUS shareholders would care to admit.

I KNOW I BUY THE STOCK ON A DAILY BASIS. THIS STOCK IS WAY UNDERVALUE.
Thre is no reverse split on this stock, to make the MMs and the short rich.
Wilson it is time for you to make some money for the Investors that own VVUS like VLAD for a long time.
If you are not strong enough to make this unique company a winner
then it is time for you to find another job.
As a CEO you either fear no one and take the lead for the best for
the company and the shareholders or be a chicken and a loser
in all your life, and say to yourself that your job is to make people
lose money.
