What, no 30 page, step by step expository? I guess I'll have to take some more personal responsibility. Seriously, Thanks Scott Sustainable, that really is a key concept that is not not mentioned often, and obviously one I should keep in mind (learning from EQNX and PTIX 101).

So what's your number for sustainable growth rate? The one analyst estimates 50% earnings growth through May 2000. However, that estimate was before the 2/1 purchase of Specialix, about which the CEO remarked, "I am optimistic that this substantial revenue increase will result in an acceleration of Perle's current upward trend in earnings." TTM earnings are .28, it's trading around book value with a market cap equal to one year's sales. The numbers say it's undervalued, but sometimes these microcaps stay undervalued.
