Good Morning,JIM------MISSION "NOT IMPOSSIBLE" and this message will not self destruct in 5 seconds. I don't know the specific agreements for all their alliances, but most of them do include the return of products to the companies that manufactured them. I don't think this is a big factor in Emersons bottom line any longer.If my memory serves me correctly,the returned products that Emerson manufactures,goes through a company they have a partnership with called," HI Quality International ",who takes the returns, and sells them refurbished, or as is {if possible} thus minimizing the expense associated with returns. As for the Chivas Regal,I have already emptied 2 drums, in the past year,but I have six left,and I will be more than happy to have one sent to you.
