Wrong! They never said THAT in the release, either..Anthony, you are losing respect fast ....geese, man....LOL

AGAIN.... from the BMY NEWS RELEASE:
"Under their revised agreement.... Bristol-Myers
Squibb has the option to "reassume" development
and marketing once proof that the protein meets its
criteria for clinical trials becomes clear."

Sounds to me that BMY wanted a revised agreement that keeps all their options open, huh?
