The DTC does not report SHORT POSITIONS, period!

If that's the case, I'd really love to know why your little buddy Spidey spent several months "explaining" to the thread about how the DTC sheets indicated a massive short in AZNT. Let's see...

it is funny you say so much stupi stuff! it is resolved in court so i tell you to get good friend BRUCE JUDD who YOU SAY CLAIMS THERE IS ACTIVE MOTION TO DISMISS to tell you this ok? andy mann gets this stock on loan with 40 day restriction special legend stock. alders & mann conspire & they write offical looking letter to ta to say this is free trading stock. sylver see on dtc sheets 4 million extra shares in aznt market. no $1 million, no stock & illegal short against this stock. you ask always why ta resigns so look close & try to see TA was FIRED for there part in allowing 4 million shares to be free trading. This matter resolved in court and court order demand return of stock. Hearing is set for its return.

Just one example of many.

On the DTC sheets, shorts are indicated by a minus sign in front of the position.

I wonder if you'll ever get enough of a brain to stop believing everything you're told by people who've already lied to you hundreds of times. Probably not.

rico, since i will not talk to janice & jeffy w/o there attorney present, please inform these 2 stock manipulators that ;
ANDY MANN HAS NO LAWYER
SHORELINE HAS NO LAWYER
WHITECLIFFE HAS NO LAWYER
they DID NOT ANSWER
they are all in default.
that is what is in your hands rico.
tell these 2 stock manipulators being sued for defamation & libel that the judge will be signing the ENTRY OF JUDGEMENT & then federal marshalls will seize assets. let them keep it up, lawyers are having a field day with there posts!!!!

"the records herein that each of said defendants has failed to plead or otherwise defend in said action as required by said summons and provided by the federal rules of civil procedure.
now therfore, on request of counsel for plaintiff, the DEFAULT, as aforesaid, of each of the following Defendants , Joseph Andy Mann, Shoreline Securities, Ltd., WhiteCliffe Investment Fund Ltd. in the above entitled action is hereby entered. "

andy ran. so let janice play her 'where is andy' game. the enforcement of the default judgement is all that matters. dtc was only named to extend injunction to them because the stolen stock was held hostage by dtc for the benefit of those who shorted the stolen stock. after the judge signs off on the entry of the defalt judgement federal marshalls will seize assets , the 4.48 million shares. the case is over. andy ran. dtc is stuck holding the bag & is only concerened about the 1.2 milklion shorted against the 4 million. rico....suggest to jeffy boy & janice ( defendants) there time is better spent retaining lawyer then continuning the defamation of aznt.
spider

So where's that 1.2 million short position, eh? Nowhere. All gone.

Just in case you have difficulty understanding why the DTC doesn't report shorts, think about it. If the DTC did report such shorting, think how easy it would be to bust the shorts.

Huh? YOU think about it. That statement makes no sense at all.

ANTI, you may want to learn more about DTC sheets. If you had spent more time asking questions, you probably would have avoided spraining your finger...
