barber,
I figure COC is going to bounce between $19 and $25 max until oil prices come back. When that starts happening, the price will take off. People smarter then myself will be the early buyers. The only way I can beat then is to buy way before they start buying, and hold on to the stock.

No reason to be defensive about anything here. Here is some oil news for what it is worth.
NW

Most energy products rallied on the New York Mercantile Exchange
after the Clinton administration proposed shoring up the petroleum
reserves the nation would tap in times of oil crisis.

The plan announced by Energy Secretary Bill Richardson would add
up to 100,000 barrels daily to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve,
with the government accepting oil instead of cash from companies
paying royalties for drilling on public lands in the Gulf of
Mexico.

While that figure is far below the estimated 1.5 million barrels
daily that analysts say is being overproduced, the decision helped
prop prices that have been in a rut for days because of continued
increases in American inventories. (AP)
