Either Skinner is "manning the Web" on his Sundays or else he is just terribly plugged-in to our concerns! In any case, I was impressed to receive the following response to my email! From: Scotty To: 'webmaster@winr.net' <webmaster@winr.net> Date: Sunday, February 14, 1999 3:38 PM Subject: Message from an interested shareholder To WINR webmaster: Just thought I would pass along some comments, perhaps in a more direct fashion than through CFG (public relations people). It seems to me and other investor posters on Silicon Investor that we may be missing a lot of opportunity by the current website setup. I have spotted some typing mistakes, as well as the fact that the sign-up links on the TISS sites all refer back to the "Bookies Cafe" site, the cyberlink trust building looks like its in the middle of an earthquake - ie, it is not projecting an image of "financial solidity" as intended, and the list goes on..... In general, there is so much untapped potential in the winr website! Any information available on when the next site version may be up and running? I know that WINR has a lot going for it, it is just that the website could make a much more competitive statement about the company. I hate to be a complainer, for I have tremendous enthusiasm for WINR! Thank you for your patience, and any possible feedback! Best regards. My response (within 30 minutes!): Dear Scott, We realize the need for a new web-site and design. I have been working with a graphic design firm and they are close to finishing their work. It has been our intention to become operational and then fine tune the site and re-work it. That is the process we are in now. In the past, some in the company, didn't feel we needed a high profile web-site. I believe we do and have since taken the steps to make it happen. Thanks for the inquiry and for the support. I am working on having the new site up sometime this week. Once it is up let me know how it is received by the investors. Regards, David C. Skinner, Jr.
